Certificate and test-report applicability depends on the product model, tested sample and target market. If your project requires a specific document, please confirm the applicable model before using it for customer approval or regulatory records.

Need a Certificate for a Specific Product?

Compliance documents are not automatically applicable to every pump, valve or motor model. Send us the product model and target market, and we can confirm which available certificate or test report corresponds to your project.

Depending on the product and available document, technical files may contain information such as:

● Product dimensions       ● Port or shaft dimensions        ● Wiring information
 

● Connector details         ●  Performance curves         ●  Mechanical drawings

Not every file contains the same information. Refer to the individual document for the data available for that model.

Start with the product category, then confirm the model number shown on the product or existing specification.

For Mini Diaphragm Pump products, select the relevant pump type first and then locate the required model.

For Micro Solenoid Valve and DC Gear Motor products, open the combined document section and identify the corresponding model within the available files.

If you are comparing an existing component, use the full model number whenever possible.

Some product documents may not be published on the website.

If the required model or file is not listed, send us the product model and the type of document you need. If the model number is unclear, you can also provide a product label, photo or existing drawing for identification.

● To avoid using the wrong specification in your project, first confirm that the document matches the exact product model you are reviewing.

● If your sample has a customized voltage, connector, wire length, port direction, shaft or other project-specific configuration, the standard file on the website may not apply. Before using a datasheet or drawing for equipment design, sample approval or repeat orders, compare the model and product version with your actual sample.

● For an existing OEM project, send us the approved model or customer part number so we can help identify the corresponding technical document.
