OEM - We Build to Your Specification
In an OEM project the design authority stays with you. We manufacture to your drawing, or adapt a documented platform to your electrical and mechanical interface, and ship it under your part number. The internal structure and motor frame stay unchanged unless your performance target requires otherwise.
You send: drawing or sample, target flow at your working pressure, voltage and current limit, medium, tubing size, installation space, annual quantity.
We return: matched model with a deviation list, 3–5 samples, test report, dimension drawing, quotation with tooling and MOQ.

ODM - Our Platform, Your Brand
In an ODM project the platform is ours: chamber, diaphragm, valve seat, motor and gearbox already exist and run in volume. You choose the performance point and the interface, we tune it, and the product ships with your brand on the product, the label and the carton.

Three levels, from fastest to most involved:

What we cannot change: chamber volume on a given platform (flow and pressure trade off), motor frame size inside an existing housing, seal material beyond the chemical compatibility of the medium, and the acoustic floor - below about 45 dB(A) needs a different platform.

A sample must be tested inside your device. Tubing length, chamber volume, leakage, voltage drop and mechanical load all change final performance, and none of them appear on a datasheet. If the first sample misses the target, we compare device data with bench data before changing the configuration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can you develop a pump that is not in your catalog?
A: Yes, if the volume justifies it. Send the performance target, dimensions and annual quantity; feasibility review takes 3–5 working days.
Q: Can you work from a physical sample without a drawing?
A: Yes. Send the sample - we disassemble, measure and report the full specifications for your approval before quoting.
Q: Can our PCB control the pump's speed or output?
A: Yes. Brushed and brushless platforms support PWM speed control. Send your drive method and current limit for confirmation.
Q: What media can the pumps handle?
A: Air, water, coffee, foaming liquids, cosmetics and mild cleaning fluids are standard. Solvents or high-temperature media need a material review.
Q: What happens if a mass-production batch fails our incoming inspection?
A: Send the batch number and test data. We provide a root-cause report with corrective actions, then replace or credit the affected quantity.
Q: Can you hold stock for our production schedule?
A: Yes. Released configurations can be held as safety stock or supplied by call-off against a rolling forecast.
Q: Do you sell small quantities or to individuals?
A: Businesses only. Sample orders of 3–5 pcs and pilot runs of 50–500 pcs are open to any company; retail buyers are referred to distributors.
Q: How are samples shipped and how long does delivery take?
A: By DHL, FedEx or UPS, arriving in 3–5 working days. No lithium batteries or dangerous goods, so no special declaration is needed.
