Working Of Micro Diaphragm Water Pump
Inlet Phase
When the diaphragm pump is at rest, the diaphragm is in a relaxed state. As the pump is activated, a connection to the inlet valve opens, allowing fluid to enter the pump chamber.
Displacement Phase
A mechanical system, often consisting of connecting rods and an air distribution system, starts to move the diaphragm. This movement causes the diaphragm to compress the fluid in the pump chamber.
Outlet Phase
As the diaphragm compresses the fluid, the outlet valve opens, allowing the fluid to be expelled from the pump chamber. This creates a pulsating flow of fluid.
Return Phase
After the fluid is expelled, the diaphragm returns to its relaxed state, creating a vacuum in the pump chamber, which opens the inlet valve again, and the cycle repeats.
