OEM Micro Pump Manufacturer for Custom Pump Solutions
Pinmotor supplies OEM micro pumps, solenoid valves and DC gear motors for compact equipment.
Standard models and custom options are available for air, vacuum, liquid transfer and motion control applications.
Micro Pump Products by Function
Different compact devices require different working functions.
Some need air output, some need liquid transfer, some need suction or vacuum,
and others require valve control or compact motor drive.
Pinmotor organizes product categories by function so OEM buyers can find suitable components faster.

How to Select the Right Product for Your Device
Before choosing a micro pump, valve or motor, confirm the actual function your device needs. For pump products, the key question is whether the system needs air output, water transfer, vacuum suction, foam generation or liquid dosing. For valves, confirm whether the system needs air release, path switching, water shutoff or pressure control. For motors, confirm the required speed, torque, load and working cycle.
The product should also be checked in the final device structure. Tube length, chamber volume, connector direction, sealing design, installation space, power supply and control logic can all affect real performance. For OEM projects, sample testing is recommended before bulk production.

Coffee machines
| Application Scenario | Product Matching Direction |
|---|---|
| Beauty suction devices | Mini vacuum pump + solenoid air valve |
| Airbag massage systems | Micro air pump + pressure release valve |
| Coffee machines | Micro water pump + water control valve |
| Foam dispensers | Micro foam pump or air-liquid mixing pump |
| Sampling equipment | Mini vacuum pump with stable suction output |
| Cleaning devices | Water pump or peristaltic pump for liquid delivery |
| Portable medical modules | Low-noise air pump, vacuum pump or valve |
| Small drive systems | Brushed or brushless DC gear motor |
Micro Pump for Beauty Equipment
Beauty devices may use a mini vacuum pump for suction, a micro foam pump for cleansing or a micro water pump for liquid delivery.
Noise near the user, enclosure size, surface temperature and working time are usually more important than maximum performance. Vacuum-based equipment may also need an air-release valve to control pressure recovery.
Micro Pump for Healthcare Equipment
Micro pumps and valves can be evaluated for cuff inflation, airbag compression, pressure release and selected portable suction systems.
These applications often require stable pressure, controlled inflation time, low leakage, limited noise and consistent performance between production batches.
The final equipment manufacturer is responsible for system-level testing, risk assessment and certification.
Micro Water Pump for Cleaning Equipment
Window cleaners, steam irons, steam combs and handheld cleaning appliances usually require short water-delivery cycles.
Tank position, suction height, tube restriction, internal heat and water demand per cycle affect the actual pump output. The pump should not be installed next to an uninsulated heating section.
Micro Pump for Beverage and Dispensing Equipment
Coffee machines, water dispensers, aroma devices and liquid dispensers may require water transfer, measured dosing or fluid-path switching.
The liquid type, temperature, delivery volume, cleaning method and operating frequency determine the pump and valve structure.
Food-contact requirements must be reviewed at the finished-equipment level.
Micro Pump for Laboratory Equipment
Laboratory and compact industrial systems use miniature pumps for gas sampling, air transfer, liquid handling and pneumatic control.
Common requirements include flow stability, leakage control, response time, repeatability and long working periods. The specified performance must refer to the actual operating point.
DC Gear Motor for Smart Equipment
Smart home products and compact automation modules use gear motors for locking, adjustment, rotation and linear movement.
Startup torque, output speed, control method, duty cycle and mechanical load determine whether a brushed or brushless DC gear motor is more suitable.

Micro Pump OEM Process
Requirement Review
The project is reviewed according to function, operating point, voltage, medium, dimensions, duty cycle and expected quantity.
Model Matching
A standard model with the closest performance and structure is selected for initial testing.
Sample Testing
The customer installs the sample in the equipment and checks output, current, temperature, noise and assembly fit.
Product Adjustment
Changes are made when the tested model cannot meet a confirmed requirement.
Specification Approval
The final drawing, sample and inspection standard are approved before production.
Standard samples are typically ready in 5–7 days.
Manufacturing and Quality Control
Pinmotor operates a 20,000㎡ miniature pump factory producing micro pumps, solenoid valves and compact motors.
Around 85% of key assembly and inspection processes use automated or semi-automated equipment.
Pump Performance Testing
Airflow, pressure, vacuum, liquid flow, current and speed are checked against the approved product specification.
01
Leakage Inspection
Pump chambers, valve paths and sealing positions are inspected according to the product structure and project requirement.
02
Life Testing
Life tests are set according to continuous or intermittent operation. The duty cycle, load and operating temperature are included in the test plan.
03
Noise Testing
Noise data is recorded under defined conditions. The equipment enclosure, mounting method and tubing can change the final result after assembly.
Selected low-noise micro air pumps can achieve noise levels as low as 40 dB under defined test conditions.
04
Production Control
Approved samples, drawings and inspection requirements are used to control consistency during batch production.
Available quality and compliance documentation includes ISO 9001:2015, CE, RoHS and REACH for applicable products.

FAQ About Choosing Micro Pumps, Valves and Motors
Q: Can I replace my current pump, valve or motor with a Pinmotor model?
A: Yes, but size alone is not enough to confirm compatibility. Please compare the voltage, operating performance, dimensions, connection interface and working conditions of the existing component before selecting a replacement.
Q: Can one micro pump provide both pressure and vacuum?
A: It depends on the pump structure. Some models are designed mainly for positive pressure, while others are intended for vacuum generation. The required airflow, pressure or vacuum level should be confirmed before choosing a model.
Q: Can a micro pump run continuously?
A: Continuous operation depends on the specific model, load and operating conditions. If your device requires long running periods, provide the expected ON/OFF cycle and working load so the appropriate version can be evaluated.
Q: Will the actual flow or vacuum match the datasheet value?
A: Not necessarily. Tubing length, valves, chamber volume, outlet restriction and system leakage can change the operating result after installation. Datasheet values should therefore be used as a reference for model comparison, followed by testing in the final device.
Q: Can the product be mounted in any direction?
A: Installation requirements vary by product structure. Before fixing the component position, check the port direction, tubing route, shaft load and available space in the equipment.
Q: Can I use the same pump for different liquids?
A: Not without checking compatibility. Liquid type, viscosity, temperature and contact materials can affect pump performance and service life. The working medium should be confirmed before use.
Q: What if I cannot find a model with exactly the specifications I need?
A: Send us the closest model together with the performance or dimensional requirement that does not match. We can check whether another standard model or an available configuration is more suitable.
Q: Where can I find drawings and technical data for a model?
A: Available specifications and dimensional drawings can be found in the product pages or the Downloads & Datasheets section. If a required file is not listed, provide the model number when requesting the document.
