Inside Pinmotor's Micro Pump Manufacturing Facilities
01 Pinmotor Factory Overview
Founded in 2012, Shenzhen Pincheng Motor Co., Ltd. (Pinmotor) operates R&D and manufacturing bases in Shenzhen and Heyuan, China.
We manufacture micro diaphragm air pumps, vacuum pumps, water pumps, foam pumps, peristaltic pumps, micro solenoid valves, micro DC motors and gear motors.
Our quality management and product compliance portfolio includes ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CE, RoHS and REACH, depending on the product model and target market. With automated and semi-automated production lines, in-process inspection and performance testing.
Pinmotor supports OEM and ODM projects for medical devices, beauty and personal-care equipment, smart home appliances, automotive systems, industrial automation, consumer electronics and precision instruments.
02 Pinmotor Manufacturing Equipment and Testing Facilities
This video showcases Pinmotor's manufacturing equipment, production lines and quality-testing facilities. Our 15,000-square-meter factory is supported by approximately RMB 25 million in fixed assets and includes dedicated production areas and employee accommodation.
The facility is equipped with 20 semi-automatic winding machines, 12 fully automatic winding machines, 14 magnetizing machines, two automatic assembly machines and 18 modern double-sided production lines. Quality inspection equipment includes hardness testers, micro-motor rotor testers, salt spray chambers, 2D vision measuring machines, air-tightness testers and high- and low-temperature chambers.
These resources support stable production and consistent inspection of micro pumps, solenoid valves, micro DC motors and gear motors.
03 Automated Welding Equipment for Micro Motor Assembly
This video shows the automated welding process used during micro motor assembly at Pinmotor.
The equipment completes component positioning, material feeding, electrical connection welding and automatic transfer between production steps. Controlled welding parameters help maintain stable joint strength, consistent contact quality and accurate assembly positioning while reducing variation caused by manual operation.
The system supports efficient batch production of micro DC motors used in pumps, solenoid valves, gear motors and other compact electromechanical products. Welding fixtures and process settings are adjusted according to the motor structure, terminal design and approved production requirements.
04 Precision in Motion: See Our Rotor Balancing Process
This video shows the rotor balancing process used during micro motor production at Pinmotor.
Each rotor is placed on precision balancing equipment to measure weight distribution and identify imbalance during rotation. The equipment indicates the position and amount of correction required, allowing excess material to be removed or the rotor to be adjusted within the approved tolerance. Proper rotor balancing helps reduce vibration, operating noise and uneven bearing loads while supporting smoother rotation and more stable motor performance. The balancing parameters and acceptance limits are controlled according to the motor structure, operating speed and product specification.
This process supports the production of micro motors used in air pumps, vacuum pumps, water pumps, solenoid valves and compact gear-drive systems.
05 Automated Soldering Process for Micro Motor Assembly
This video shows Pinmotor's automated soldering process for electrical connections during micro motor assembly.
The equipment positions the motor components, feeds solder material and completes each solder joint under controlled temperature and cycle settings. Automated operation helps maintain consistent solder volume, secure electrical contact and repeatable joint quality while reducing variation caused by manual soldering. The finished connections are inspected for solder coverage, positioning and electrical continuity before moving to the next assembly stage. Fixtures, soldering temperature and process time are adjusted according to the terminal structure, wire specification and approved product requirements.
This process supports stable batch production of micro motors used in air pumps, vacuum pumps, water pumps and compact gear-drive systems.
06 Speed and Sound Testing for Micro Motors
This video shows Pinmotor's speed and sound testing process for micro motors.
During inspection, each motor is operated under defined voltage and load conditions to measure rotational speed, operating current and sound performance. The test helps identify abnormal vibration, unstable rotation, excessive mechanical noise or deviations from the approved specification. Test voltage, mounting method, background noise, measuring distance and acceptance limits are set according to the motor model and customer-approved requirements.
By recording and comparing the test results, Pinmotor can control motor performance and batch consistency before the motors are assembled into micro air pumps, vacuum pumps, water pumps, gear motors and other compact electromechanical products.
07 Micro Solenoid Valve Production Line
This video shows Pinmotor's micro solenoid valve production line, covering key processes such as coil winding, component feeding, valve-body assembly, plunger installation, electrical connection and functional inspection.
Automated and semi-automated equipment helps control component positioning, assembly accuracy and cycle consistency during batch production. Finished valves are checked according to the approved specification, with inspection items that may include coil resistance, switching response, air-tightness, leakage and electrical performance. Production fixtures and process settings are adjusted according to the valve structure, voltage, port design and customer requirements.
This production line supports micro solenoid valves used in medical devices, beauty equipment, smart home products, pneumatic control systems and other compact air- and fluid-control applications.
This video takes you inside Pinmotor's micro motor assembly line, showing key production stages from component feeding and rotor installation to housing assembly, electrical connection and in-process inspection.
Automated and semi-automated equipment helps control component positioning, assembly force and production cycle consistency during batch manufacturing. Motors are checked for rotational direction, operating current, speed, vibration and abnormal sound according to the approved product specification. Production fixtures and process settings are adjusted for different motor sizes, voltages, shaft structures and customer requirements.
These assembly lines support the manufacture of micro motors used in diaphragm pumps, vacuum pumps, water pumps, solenoid valves, gear motors and other compact electromechanical systems.
