Description

Engineered specifically for soap dispensing systems, this 12V micro foaming pump integrates a unique built-in foamer, a proprietary design that distinguishes it from standard models. Its remarkable versatility makes it suitable not only for household appliances but also for professional B2B applications in the medical, beauty, and massage therapy sectors, offering a complete foaming solution for various industrial needs.

A standout feature is its proven durability; the 310 foaming pump is tested to withstand over 100,000 cycles (2s ON, 2s OFF). It ensures stable, long-term performance and supports a wide voltage range from 3V to 24V DC, accommodating diverse commercial equipment requirements. Pincheng factory supports custom samples to meet specific client specifications, enhancing its adaptability.

Designed for easy maintenance, the pump head can be quickly disassembled for cleaning, reducing upkeep efforts. It operates quietly at ≤65dB (measured from 30cm), providing a disturbance-free environment. The micro foaming pump for soap dispenser delivers consistent performance with a water flow of 30–100 mLPM and air flow of 1.5–3.0 LPM, ensuring efficient foaming for professional soap dispensing systems and other commercial uses.

How Does A Mini Foam Pump Work?

Shenzhen Pincheng Motor's 310 Mini Foam Pumps are electromechanical devices engineered to transform liquid solutions into consistent micro-sized foam via a regulated aeration procedure. These compact units combine fluid dynamics principles with precision manufacturing, enabling reliable foam production for hygiene, medical, and industrial uses.

Operational Phases

Liquid Suction

The 3.7V micro foam pump pulls liquid (such as soap, sanitizer, or cosmetic base) from the storage tank via an inlet pipe, leveraging negative pressure created by the impeller's spin. A pre-installed filter eliminates particulates larger than 100 micrometers to prevent clogging.

Phase 1

Air Incorporation

At the same time, air is introduced through two methods:

a) Passive intake: Ambient air flows into the system through specialized ports

b) Active injection: A micro-compressor powered by the pump's motor

Flow limiters control the liquid-air mixture to reach an optimal ratio of 1:5 to 1:15.

Phase 2

Foam Formation

The turbulent liquid-air blend enters the foaming chamber, which houses layered mesh filters. As the solution moves through consecutive mesh layers (typically 3 to 7 stages):

Large bubbles are cut into micro-bubbles with a diameter of 50–200 micrometers

Surfactants (surface-active agents) in the liquid reinforce the foam's structural stability

The output achieves 85–95% foam quality, measured by the liquid-to-foam ratio.

Phase 3

Foam Dispensing

Foam is discharged through an angled nozzle, and its flow rate is influenced by three key factors:

Motor RPM (controlled via PWM technology in intelligent pump models)

Nozzle orifice size (generally 1–5 millimeters)

Back pressure adjustment (using spring-loaded valves for precision).

Phase 4

Industry-Specific Uses

Hygiene Sector

Contactless soap or sanitizer dispensers (dispensing 0.1–0.3mL per activation)

Beauty Industry

Foam cleansers and mousse applicators (supporting liquids with viscosity up to 2,000 cP)

Food Service Field

Pre-rinse foam for dishwashers (offered in NSF-certified versions)

Industrial Sector

Precision foaming of adhesives (compatible with 2-component systems)

Maintenance Benefits

The brushless motor design avoids wear on carbon brushes, while PTFE seals provide strong resistance to chemical corrosion. Typically, the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) surpasses 15,000 hours (over 5 million cycles), with a foam consistency variation of less than 0.5%.
