Note: Final specifications should be confirmed with the selected voltage version and project test conditions.
Flow and Pressure Performance
Pump flow changes when the resistance in the water circuit changes. A longer tube, smaller tube diameter, filter, valve or nozzle can reduce the actual flow.
For this reason, the pump should not be selected only by the maximum flow value. The required flow and working pressure should be checked together.

Working Flow in the Complete System
Free-flow data is useful for initial selection, but the installed flow may be different.
The final result depends on:
tubing diameter,tubing length,number of fittings,filter resistance,valve resistance,
outlet pressure
If the project requires a fixed flow range, test the pump in the actual water circuit before mass production.
Flow-Pressure Curve
Detailed flow-pressure performance depends on voltage, tubing size and test conditions. Tested P-Q curve data can be provided according to the required operating voltage and application.
Applications in Water and Beverage Equipment
The 370-XC is mainly used for water transfer inside compact water and beverage equipment. It moves water from the tank or reservoir to the next part of the water circuit, such as the dispensing line, mixing section or outlet path.

Water Dispensers
In water dispensers, the 370-XC transfers water from the internal tank to the dispensing circuit.
It is suitable for compact equipment where water needs to pass through tubing, valves or filters before reaching the outlet. When selecting the pump, check the required dispensing flow, outlet height and tubing resistance.
Typical equipment:
● desktop water dispensers
● countertop drinking water machines
● filtered water dispensers
● small hot and cold water dispensers

Beverage Dispensers
In beverage equipment, the 370-XC handles the water-transfer section inside the machine.
It can move water from the reservoir to the mixing section or dispensing line. Before selection, confirm the required flow, operating time and wetted-material requirements of the project.
Typical equipment:
● countertop beverage dispensers
● drink mixing machines
● juice machines with a separate water circuit
● small beverage vending units
How to Adjust the 370-XC Water Pump Flow
The flow of a DC diaphragm pump can be changed by controlling motor speed or by changing the resistance in the water circuit.
The best method depends on the required flow range, voltage and working pressure.
Do not reduce the flow only by heavily restricting the outlet without checking the pump load.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can the 370-XC pump handle liquids other than water?
A: Yes, some low-viscosity liquids may be possible, but the liquid must first be checked against the wetted materials. Please provide the liquid name, concentration and temperature before testing.
Q: Can the pump run continuously?
A: Continuous use depends on voltage, pressure, temperature and the required service life. Projects with long running periods should be tested under the actual working condition.
Q: What happens when outlet resistance increases?
A: Higher outlet resistance changes the pump working point and usually reduces the water flow. Tubing, fittings, filters, valves and nozzles should all be included when checking the final result.
Q: How do I choose between the 370-XC and another water pump?
A: Check the liquid, required flow, working pressure, voltage, operating time and available space first.
If the project needs higher pressure, lower noise or another fluid-control function, compare the 370-XC with other models in the Micro Diaphragm Water Pump category.
